Maryse Mathonnet undergoes dialysis in Meylan. A nurse by profession, what motivated her to become a patient advocate was, above all, her desire to focus on the positive aspects of her illness: to give patients a voice, to share her experiences, and to become more involved in the facility that treats her three half-days a week.
Zineddine Chaib would like to share his story:
“What I missed during my first few dialysis sessions was advice from other dialysis patients. Now, I want to share my experiences and stay positive by getting involved with AGDUC. The first meeting was a great starting point and a great opportunity for discussion. When everyone is so knowledgeable about the subject, it really makes you want to get involved!”
