AGDUC is a healthcare facility for people with chronic kidney disease. We are not a private clinic; we are a nonprofit organization.
We offer personalized care and support for people with kidney disease. We prioritize patient autonomy and involvement. We have 15 locations across 5 departments in France. You can find a map of our centers on our home page.

Ensure early treatment of kidney disease by expanding the availability of nephrology services and consultation sites.
Provide early information on eligibility and the registration process for kidney transplants.
Ensure a coordinated and personalized care plan tailored to the patient's journey, with coordination between doctors and nurses.
Provide comprehensive social, nutritional, and psychological support.
Maintain local healthcare services by promoting remotely monitored units and home care.
Empower patients to take an active role in managing their condition by developing Patient Education Programs (PEPs).

Quality and Safety of Care

Agduc is committed to an ongoing process of quality assurance, risk management, and patient safety, certified by the French National Authority for Health (HAS). Agduc’s professionals maintain constant monitoring in the areas of hemovigilance, medical device vigilance, and pharmacovigilance.
Spotlight on the Institutional Medical Committee

This body serves as a forum for cohesion, debate, and proposals within the medical and pharmaceutical community. It helps coordinate practices and contributes to the development of the medical plan and the institutional plan. It promotes a culture of quality care and ensures ongoing adherence to professional and ethical standards. The committee is composed of all the physicians at the institution and is chaired by Dr. Pedro PALACIN, with Dr. Faïçal JARRAYA serving as vice-chair.
