Patient Education

Take charge of your health: get involved in managing your condition! Regardless of the type, stage, or progression of your condition, we offer psychosocial support and provide training for you and your loved ones. Through group or individual workshops, you’ll learn to better understand your condition and minimize its impact, with the goal of improving your health. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet with other patients to discuss their experiences and how they manage their condition.

The program

It begins with a consultation that allows us to assess your educational needs, focusing on your specific requirements and goals, so that we can offer you a personalized program. You will then participate in the workshops of your choice, either individually or in groups. Finally, you will receive a final evaluation to measure your progress and assess your satisfaction.

Here are a few examples of workshops that may be offered to you based on the personalized program you’ve developed together with our teams.
