Supportive care

Multidisciplinary care. We work with dietitians, psychologists, and social workers to help you achieve the best possible quality of life.

Dietitian

Based on your lifestyle, eating habits, and test results, we provide personalized nutritional advice tailored to your needs, depending on the stage of your condition:

At the prevention stage:
The goal is to optimize your kidney-protective treatment by providing you with advice on adopting new eating habits that combine balance and enjoyment.

During the maintenance phase:
The goal is to adapt to the various dialysis techniques in order to maintain your nutritional and biological health and your quality of life.

Psychologist

You and your loved ones can access counseling sessions to help you navigate these significant changes with greater peace of mind. We help you regain a better quality of life and make new choices that align with your condition. These sessions can be one-time or ongoing; you can request them directly from our teams.

Social worker

Our social services department is available to patients and their families, offering dedicated support based on its knowledge of various resources (professional services, social benefits, home care, eligibility for medical care, etc.) and the expertise it has developed over many years. We can meet with you either in person, through a home visit, or by phone, depending on your individual needs.
