The renewal of Patient Committee membership

The AGDUC Patient Committee met on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, to formally approve the renewal of its membership. The team of User Representatives will remain unchanged for the next three years, a sign of much-appreciated continuity in listening to and supporting patients.

How does it work?

The User Committee is a forum for discussion where all issues related to the quality of care, respect for patients’ rights, and improvements to daily life in our centers are addressed. It meets at least once a quarter to review:

  • complaints, claims, and requests for medical records,
  • adverse events related to care,
  • ongoing projects,
  • improvements needed to enhance patient safety and comfort.

After each meeting, minutes are shared with all members.

Patient advocates are patients or volunteer family members who are members of an accredited health care organization. Their role is to serve as the voice of all patients, particularly by helping to defend patients’ rights and contributing to the improvement of care practices and quality. If you would like to send a message, ask a question, or share an experience with your patient advocates, please feel free to contact them via email at cdu-ru@agduc.com
