Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week at AGDUC

Caring for patients is our job. But in order to provide them with the best possible care, it’s just as important to take care of the professionals who support them every day.

With this in mind, AGDUC organized activities for Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT), June 15–19, 2026. The week was dedicated to prevention, dialogue, and well-being, with several workshops offered to employees on nutrition, sophrology, and mental health.

Workshops on everyday topics

Throughout the week, employees had the opportunity to participate in various workshops and presentations:

  • Nutrition : a workshop focused on breakfast and its role in a balanced diet.
  • Sophrology : hands-on workshops to explore techniques that promote relaxation and stress management.
  • Mental Health : interactive sessions to gain a better understanding of mental health issues and discuss best practices.

These awareness-raising sessions provided an opportunity to address practical topics that can impact daily well-being, both in professional and personal life.

Caring for healthcare professionals to better support patients

At AGDUC, our mission is to support and care for our patients. To carry out this mission under the best possible conditions, it is also essential to ensure the well-being of our staff and provide them with a supportive work environment.

Quality of Life at Work Week is part of this effort to promote preventive measures, encourage dialogue, and raise awareness among everyone about issues related to quality of life at work.

Quality of life and working conditions aren’t limited to a week of activities. At AGDUC, this approach is built up throughout the year through various initiatives designed to improve the day-to-day lives of our teams.

Because jobs are evolving, organizations are transforming, and the needs of professionals are changing, it is essential to continue improving working conditions. This process also draws on feedback from employees to develop initiatives that are increasingly tailored to their expectations and the realities on the ground.
